Took advantage of a BEAUTIFUL Seattle Saturday and day tripped to Whidbey Island. Felt very lucky to be 2 hours away from such peaceful serene vistas…
We started by having lunch in Coupeville. They made these amazing sandwiches on 2 inch slices of homemade bread.
I went snowboarding for the first time last Wednesday. It was beautiful day – sunny, warm, clear. It was a less-than-ideal snow day – icey, wet, hard.
Result? Beautiful landscape and a pleasurable lift ride up the mountain. And a very very sore bum.
Last September, I wrote a whitepaper for work. I *just* found out it was translated to Spanish. For some reason, I thought that was super cool (and hence, transitively, i’m super cool).
And no, I haven’t finished reading the spanish verison. (Still about halfway through the introduction…)
