Cheese Recommendations 14 May ’06 And here are my favorites…. Definitely the stinkiest cheese we tried. Best with Banyula wine. Incredibly smooth and fresh goat cheese. Smooth cheese with really interesting finishes. The raisins were a sweet touch.
